Meet Rosie Hardy!
I found her on Flickr one lovely day of my life.
Her name is Rosie Hardy and she lives in London, England. She does alot of self portraits and is super good at photoshop. She does not really have a general focus that her photography circles around. But you can tell from her other photography that she likes scary grudgey stuff as well. She also layers a lot of textured photos over her original photos to give the photo different textures. As a result of this it can set the tone of the photo, such as grudgey or very graceful. She uses photoshop to create non-existing things, such as a floating chair, or hands in place of a person's head. I really enjoy her photos because she always comes up with someone new and creative rather than just being repetitive. She explores the realm of photography on another level. If you have time you should really check out her Flickr, your eyes will explode with happiness.

To my fellow classmates...
What do you think is the message she's trying to send out with each individual photo?

New Years Resolution

2011? WHAAAAAA?!
Dang, it's already 2011 and I'll be graduating in a couple of months crazy!
Here's my art new years resolution, enjoy kids :)

I want to explore my range as a photographer. What I mean is to try all these different types of photography. I also got this new flash so I would like to work more with flash photography. I'm not familar with it at all, so I would really like to get better at it. I ALSO want to improve my Photoshop skills. I want to make unordinary pictures by cropping my photos in to one giant one. Hopefully I will be able to show you guys examples in the future. Until then, peace in the middle east!

Street Photobooths

They would take photos of people on the street and print them out as if they were a photobooth
photo, and paste it up on the building wall. I think this is a very creative and fun installation idea :)
Check it out!

We should totally do something like this at school. That would be awesome

Vintage Photoshoot

Z told us to do more than one theme for photo, so my other themes aside from People vs. Animals are Movement and Vintage. The following photos are from a photo shoot I recently did with my friends. I think the products turned out really well. I was planning on doing some type of mixed media with presenting one of these, but I'm not sure what. Any ideas?

This photo was my take on "entangled" for concentration #3
